4. Right to block or terminate. WeNode reserves the right to block access, freeze accounts, or terminate Services for any user that WeNode reasonably suspects of being a U.S. Person or of violating this restriction.
WeNode operates a decentralized platform enabling users to delegate unused computing power, contribute to infrastructure projects, and potentially earn rewards. Our services focus on supporting artificial intelligence initiatives and gold exploration.
You may be required to create an account to access certain services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain confidentiality of your login credentials, and be responsible for all activities under your account.
All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property provided through the WeNode services are owned by or licensed to WeNode. No rights or licenses to such intellectual property are granted to you other than the limited right to use the services in accordance with these Terms.
WeNode may offer rewards or incentives for contributions to the network. These rewards are not guaranteed and are subject to change or cancellation at any time. We do not provide financial advice, and your use of our services is solely at your own risk.
The services provided by WeNode are offered on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. WeNode expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall WeNode, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeNode and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
WeNode reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the services without notice for any breach of these Terms or for conduct harmful to the services or other users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeNode is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in this jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
